West Wyalusing, LLC is comprised of 82 acres— half of them in the western end of Wyalusing Borough and the other half extending into Wyalusing Township. Some of the West Wyalusing, LLC acreage has been leased to a developer, Mission First Housing Group, who has already constructed a 50-unit housing project. Also leasing and building on a section of that parcel fronting historic U.S. Route 6 is the P & G (Procter & Gamble) Mehoopany Employees Federal Credit Union. Another lessee within the confines of the borough is Mountain Energy Services, which is partnering in the drilling and pipelining of natural gas from the abundant reserves of the Marcellus Shale.

There is still plenty of acreage available for buying or leasing— all conveniently located for shopping and dining and quickly accessible to U.S. Route 6.
